Freight Forwarding

We offer integrated freight forwarding services covering both ocean and air transport, supporting international export and import activities across a wide range of industries. Backed by our local transport network and logistics handling capabilities, we provide door-to-door delivery solutions together with customs documentation and regulatory compliance support. Our scope of services includes cargo space booking with shipping lines and airlines; transportation, loading, and terminal coordination; customs clearance and permit processing; and coordination with overseas partners to support the smooth movement of cargo from origin to destination.

Our Surabaya branch serves as a key operational hub, providing specialized forwarding services for shipments with specific cargo handling, routing, or documentation requirements:

• LCL: Cargo consolidation for cost-effective shipping.
• Reefer Cargo: Handling and transport of temperature-sensitive goods.
• ISO Tank: Bulk liquid transport in ISO tank containers.
• Air Freight: Fast transport for urgent cargo.

Drawing on our experience, network, and operational support, we provide integrated logistics solutions, either as part of a broader supply chain arrangement or as standalone forwarding services, depending on shipment requirements.
